Understanding the Society's Handling of Climate, Environmental and Sustainability Challenges
We conduct social science research to understand, explain and improve society's handling of climate, environmental and sustainability challenges. The research group is multidisciplinary and consists of political scientists, economists, geographers, engineers, sociologists and a historian.
We have extensive research experience from and knowledge of climate and environmental policy, carbon management, climate adaptation, energy conversion and sustainable mobility.
We use advanced qualitative and quantitative methods. We conduct applied research and collaborate with public administration, private companies and research councils in Norway and the EU.
