I am a Senior researcher in the Digital Systems group at NORCE Technology. My education is in Mechanical engineering from NTH in Trondheim (now NTNU). I started working at Christian Michelsen Institute (CMR) as a researcher on computer aided design and manufacturing. I have since then worked with research and software development within visualization, virtual reality, interactive visual analysis, and big data.
In recent years, my focus has been on visual analytics and big data. Among other things, I have worked with data portal development for geolocated data, e.g., for geohazards analysis. In that context, I have also been involved in efforts on improving the FAIR-ness of data and services.
