Rebecca Lynn Radlick has a PhD in Administration and organization theory from the University of Bergen (2018), studying implementation and accountability among front-line workers in the Introduction Program for refugees. She has previously had a position at the Department of Digital Health Research at Oslo University Hospital.
Her research focuses on themes related to:
- Youth inclusion in school, the labor market, and in digital arenas, particularly in relation to young people with multicultural backgrounds or vulnerabilities. In line with this, Radlick has also conducted research on mentoring and e-mentoring.
- Policy implementation and street-level bureaucracy
