Julie Runde Krogstad is a PhD research fellow at University of Agder, Norway and a senior researcher at NORCE Norwegian Research Centre.
My research interests lie in the fields of organization theory, government reforms, governance networks, as well as local and regional governance. My particular focus revolves around the topics of transport, energy, and climate policies. Prior publications encompass co-authored book chapters, and articles in journals such as the Scandinavian Journal of Public Administration (2019), Transport Policy (2019) and Public Policy and Administration (2016), among others.
