Astrid Espegren is a Sr Researcher at NORCE. She has extensive experience in the field of migration and integration having worked for the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration (UDI), the UNHCR Regional Hub in Nairobi and the Norwegian Directorate of Diversity and Integration (IMDi). Espegren also has experience from several research projects on integration and collaboration between the public and third sectors.
