Total preparedness and defence
Total preparedness and defence is a project portfolio in NORCE working together with Centre for Integrated Emergency Management (CIEM) at the University of Agder and regional practitioners from municipalities, preparedness organizations, businesses and NGOs, with Kristiansand Municipality in the lead. This portfolio of several projects for collaboration across government levels and across organizations and services, creating innovations for increased capacity for total preparedness and defence.
