I am a Senior researcher in the Innovation and Industry research group, at NORCE Health & Social Sciences division.
My current research covers an exciting mix of projects including but not limited to: the regional energy transition vulnerabilities and adaptation strategies, including the evolution (and adaptation) of the regional O&G related labor markets and the underlying skills eco-systems; decarbonization of offshore wind maritime operations focusing on the business models for electrification of Service Operation Vessels (SOVs); green diversification of O&G incumbents; the conditions for growth in the Norwegian Offshore wind industry and the internationalization of Norwegian Offshore Wind Capabilities; and Innovation and sustainable transformation dynamics of the Norwegian aquaculture industry. These diverse mixes of projects are connected through research themes and topics such as: Industrial and regional development; Green (and blue) growth; Sustainability transitions; Innovation, Innovation systems, Innovation Policy; Global production and innovation networks and value chains.
