My main research interest lies within the governance of energy transitions, particularly coordination within the public sector and in a wider sense the field of global climate governance.
I have a PhD in Geography from the University of Bergen. My PhD project looked at what policy tools urban authorities have when working towards more energy efficient and sustainable freight transportation.
Additionally, I have worked on the URBANE (EU), ROBINSON (EU) and Impactwind (NFR) projects where I have looked at stakeholder involvement processes and at acceptance of the implementation of different technologies.
