– You use your network to achieve both good research and good dissemination. You are flexible and adaptable, said Helen Brandstorp, Division Director at the Norwegian Directorate of Health, at the anniversary celebration on Wednesday.
NKLM’s approach to both immediate and long-term health challenges will be significant as we face new and unpredictable situations. More elderly and sick people in the future means we have to prioritize more strictly to treat those who need it most.
– The emergency services and NKLM can help solve some of the challenges of the future. Being taken care of when you fall acutely ill provides better community belonging and is important in an unsettled world, said Jesper Blinkenberg, Head of NKLM. He thanked all partners, supporters, and emergency service personnel. Without you, it would not have been possible!
An uncertain world with great challenges demands more from Norwegian emergency services and emergency medicine in the future. It is becoming even more important to deliver the knowledge that strengthens and develops these services. We are confident that Jesper Blinkenberg & co. will deliver.
Christina Schieldrop, Deputy CEO of NORCE, thanks NKLM for the work they have done.
– I am excited about the future. We greatly appreciate that you at NKLM are part of the NORCE family.
