About 30 percent of the Norwegian population is affected by anxiety during their lifetime, and anxiety is thus one of the most common mental health problems in Norway. Anxiety often occurs in combination with depression.
NORCE evaluates school-based prevention (cognitive behavioral therapy) for youth with anxiety. We also offer a 1-year education for personnel in primary and specialist health services in prevention and treatment of anxiety for children and youth.
